Manga Sushi
On Saturday 3rd of November, our Macquarie Mandarin teachers and staff celebrated the opening of Manga Sushi. Manga Sushi is located at Eastgate Bondi Junction and sells fresh, healthy yet sustainably packed sushi rolls.
Non-alcohol sparkling wine and delicate sushi rolls was served to the guests. Sushi master, Hideaki Fukada, demonstrated how to make sushi rolls using bamboo sushi mats, and these mats were also given to guests as a token of appreciation.
To conclude the evening, Manga Sushi staff showed the guests how to mix sushi rice with their new ‘rice space ship’.
