Macquarie Mandarin teachers and students enjoyed the Dumpling Day to celebrate the Moon Festival. Expert Dumpling Maker Nicole demonstrated the traditional styled dumpling making to the teachers and the students. The students in Business Mandarin classes, elementary Mandarin classes, and Mandarin for Cantonese speaker class had the hand made delicious dumplings for lunch.
